Video Editor/ Motion Graphic Designer

You are a creative and skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer who will be joining the marketing team in Bhubaneswar. Your role involves translating campaign ideas into compelling visuals, developing and editing motion graphics and videos, and ensuring the final output aligns with brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Study campaign/design briefs to determine requirements. - Conceptualize visuals based on the project brief. - Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback. - Develop and edit motion graphics and videos as per the given brief. - Use appropriate colors and layouts for each video. - Collaborate with social media executives & delivery lead to produce final output for various platforms. - Utilize software like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or other video editing tools. - Amend designs based on feedback received. - Ensure final videos and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. - Adhere to strict timeline and quality standards. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or Editor. - Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of video work. - Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects & Photoshop). - Knowledge of digital design best practices. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.,
