As a Video Editor volunteer at Mithilak Baisar, you will play a crucial role in showcasing and celebrating the rich cultural legacy of Mithila. Your primary responsibilities will include video production, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and graphics design. This hybrid role based in Darbhanga offers the flexibility of remote work from home. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in video editing and production, along with experience in color grading and motion graphics. Proficiency in graphics design is essential, and attention to detail and creativity are key attributes for success. The ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment is important, as you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to promoting Mithila culture and traditions. While not mandatory, knowledge of Mithila culture and traditions would be advantageous. A degree in Film Production, Graphic Design, or a related field will provide a solid foundation for this role.
