As we scale, we're looking for a talented Video Editor to join our dynamic team and create impactful video content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of video editors and motion graphics designers to create high-quality content.
• Oversee the complete video editing process for marketing campaigns, social media, and in-app content.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and produce video content that connects with our target audience.
• Ensure all video content aligns with VAMA's brand guidelines and meets performance marketing requirements.
• Use editing software to cut, assemble, and enhance video footage while incorporating effects, graphics, and sound to produce engaging videos.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing, digital storytelling, and marketing techniques.
• Manage project timelines and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality video content.
• Analyze video performance metrics and optimize video content for better engagement, retention, and conversion.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in video editing, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong portfolio showcasing performance marketing videos, social media content, and branding experience.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing principles and how video content drives conversions.
• Familiarity with Hindu mythology, rituals, and spiritual content is a plus, particularly if from a bhakti or puja background.
• Excellent knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics to craft compelling narratives.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and engagement in every video produced.
