Job Title: Video Editor II

Location: Onsite Bangalore

Compensation: 20 K-25K( based on expertise and experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor with Motion Graphics experience to join our creative team

Role and Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality video content aligned with project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Motion Graphics: Design and animate visually engaging motion graphics, including titles, transitions, and overlays, to elevate video content.
• Creative Direction: Collaborate with the creative and production teams to conceptualize and execute innovative ideas for video projects.
• Storytelling: Develop narratives and visual stories that resonate with the target audience.
• Team Collaboration: Guide junior editors, provide constructive feedback, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and motion graphics.
• Asset Management: Organize and manage video and project files, ensuring efficient workflows.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.

• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other video editing or motion design tools.

• Motion Graphics: Proven experience in creating dynamic and engaging motion graphics.

• Storytelling: Strong understanding of narrative structures, pacing, and visual storytelling techniques.

• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and video compression standards.

• Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion graphics projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating content for brands or agencies.

• Knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.

• Familiarity with social media trends and platform-specific content strategies.

• Background in creating videos for industries such as marketing, entertainment, or corporate communications.
