What you will do

Short-Form & Social Video Editing

• Edit high-impact Reels, Shorts, and ads focused on attention, retention, and conversion.


• Create variations of edits to test hooks, pacing, and formats for better performance.


• Optimize videos for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Performance Creative Support

• Work closely with the marketing team to edit videos for paid ads and organic growth.


• Understand performance metrics like watch time, retention, and CTR to refine edits.


• Iterate quickly based on feedback, insights, and campaign goals.

Brand & Product Storytelling

• Edit videos that showcase product features, use-cases, transformations, and lifestyle


• narratives.


• Maintain a premium, clean, and on-brand visual language across all videos.

Content & Trend Research

• Track editing styles, transitions, music trends, and viral formats.


• Study competitors and creators to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table.

AI-Assisted Editing & Experimentation

• Explore AI tools for faster editing, subtitles, enhancement, and creative experimentation.


• Continuously improve workflows using automation and emerging technologies.
