Video Editor Intern

Video Editing Responsibilities:

1) Video Editing: Edit raw footage into compelling video content for various platforms, including website, social media, and YouTube. Incorporate storytelling techniques, graphics, and effects to enhance the visual appeal and narrative flow.

2) Post-Production: Perform video post-production tasks, including color correction, audio enhancement, and synchronisation. Ensure the final video output meets quality standards and is visually appealing.

3) Video Optimisation: Implement video optimisation techniques, including metadata optimization, captions, and annotations. Optimise videos for search engine visibility and user engagement.

4) Motion Graphics: Create and incorporate motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and visual effects to enhance the overall video presentation and maintain brand consistency.

5) Stock Footage and Asset Management: Source and select appropriate stock footage, images, and sound effects to enhance video content. Organize and maintain a library of video assets for future use.

6) Collaboration: Work closely with the video production team, writers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of video projects. Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to meet project requirements.

7) Creative Innovation: Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, trends, and technologies. Continuously explore innovative ways to improve video quality, storytelling, and audience engagement.

8) Video Publishing: Prepare and export videos in various formats and sizes for different platforms. Ensure proper video formatting, encoding, and optimisation for web and social media channels.

Skills: Proven work proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut and Photoshop
