What You’ll Do:

* Edit *high-energy, scroll-stopping content* for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Tik Toks, and long-form videos.

* Create cinematic *highlight reels, creator trailers, tutorials, sizzles*, and launch teasers for features and events.

* Translate raw gameplay and stream clips into *emotion-packed visual stories*.

* Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to build a *consistent and future-forward visual language*.

* Optimize edits for platform-specific formats and *fast-paced publishing cycles*.

What You Should Know:

* Fluency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, (Best if you know Davinci Resolve for Color Grading)

* Strong grasp of *storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and hype-building*.

* Quick turnaround skills without sacrificing quality.

* Deep love for *memes, gaming culture, and fan communities*.

* An eye for details that *turn good edits into great ones*.

* Comfort working under creative direction, but confident enough to push your own ideas forward.

* Motion Design / VFX for smooth transitions and eye-candy effects.

* Understanding of algorithms (retention cirves, CTAs, thumbnails).

* Gaming platforms, streamers, esports, Twitch lingo — if “chat going wild” gives you goosebumps, you’ll fit right in.

* Color grading, SFX layering, text animation, or 3D – we're all about that extra flair.
