To excel in this role, you should possess 12 years of professional experience in creating video content for social media or marketing. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software is required. Familiarity with social media specifications, formatting, and optimization strategies is essential, along with strong storytelling, pacing, and creative execution skills. An organized workflow and the ability to manage files efficiently to meet tight deadlines are also key requirements.
