Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Video Editor, you will play a key role in transforming raw footage into engaging and visually appealing videos for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for storytelling through video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble video footage into polished final products that meet the project’s specifications.
• Collaborate with creative teams to understand the project’s vision and objectives.
• Apply color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects to enhance the quality of videos.
• Trim footage and add transitions, titles, and effects as needed to create compelling videos.
• Ensure videos are formatted correctly for various platforms (e.g., social media, websites, YouTube, etc.).
• Work within tight deadlines to deliver high-quality video content.
• Organize and maintain video files and assets efficiently.
• Assist in brainstorming and planning the video production process.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as a video editor or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of video production workflows and editing techniques.
• Solid understanding of color grading, sound design, and video effects.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a creative team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• A portfolio or samples of previous video editing work is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects or similar tools).
• Knowledge of audio editing and mixing.
• Experience editing videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of DSLR or mirrorless camera operations is a plus.
