Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Edit 2030 short-form videos per month (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn micro-content).
Add subtitles, jump cuts, b-roll, zooms, transitions, SFX, emojis, and on-screen text when required.
Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, shoots) into multiple short-form assets.
Edit using hook storyline CTA format for higher retention.
Maintain quality, consistency, and fast turnaround.
Stay updated with trending formats, editing styles, and platform best practices.

Preferred candidate profile:

Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content formats
Basic knowledge of storytelling, creator-style editing, and viral content structure
Strong visual sense, pacing, and editing flow
Ability to work with tight deadlines and a fast-moving content calendar
Plus Point:

Ability to shoot on DSLR camera or handle basic camera operations
Bonus: Experience editing founder-style or agency-style content
