About Us:
Adswell Media is a creative digital marketing and ads production agency specializing in branding, video ads, and social media content for industries including interior design, architecture, and real estate. We’re looking for a talented Video Editor who can bring our clients’ stories to life with impactful visuals and seamless storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for ads, social media, and brand campaigns.
• Work with directors, content creators, and the creative team to maintain brand guidelines.
• Add music, sound effects, motion graphics, and visual effects as required.
• Ensure video quality, color correction, and smooth transitions.
• Repurpose long-form videos into short-form reels, stories, and platform-specific formats.
• Stay updated with trends in video editing, effects, and social media content styles.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Must have own laptop with editing software installed.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Strong sense of timing, visual composition, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience editing ads, UGC content, or product videos.
• Familiarity with CGI integration and cinematic video styles.
• Understanding of various social media formats (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
