Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Video Editor to join our creative team. Youll be responsible for turning raw footage into compelling video content that tells a story, engages the audience, and supports our brand objectives. If you're passionate about visual storytelling and know how to bring ideas to life through slick edits, transitions, and effects we want you! Key Responsibilities: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, etc.). Add music, sound effects, graphics, text, and transitions to enhance storytelling. Collaborate with videographers, content writers, and the marketing team to understand project goals. Create short-form content such as reels, promos, teasers, and product videos. Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and visual style. Stay updated with video trends, editing techniques, and platform requirements. Manage and organize media assets and maintain proper file backup systems. Optimize video for different formats, aspect ratios, and channels. Requirements: Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio or showreel. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. Familiarity with motion graphics tools (Adobe After Effects is a plus). Understanding of pacing, transitions, and storytelling techniques. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Basic color grading and audio editing. Experience editing videos for social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, Stories). Knowledge of animation and visual effects. Background in cinematography or video production is a plus.
