Video Editing & Training Content Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editing & Training Content Intern to create engaging and effective training modules for our technical team. The role involves developing training videos, editing content, and preparing structured learning material to be shared with new joiners as part of their onboarding and learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality training videos for the technical team.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to convert technical content into easy-to-understand training modules.
• Add voiceovers, subtitles, animations, or visual aids to enhance video content.
• Structure training content into step-by-step modules for new joiners.
• Ensure all content is aligned with company guidelines and training objectives.
• Manage the entire production lifecycle – from scripting and editing to publishing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, Filmora, or equivalent).
• Ability to design training/learning modules using video and visual content.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 10,000 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹10,100.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
