Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in shoot setup: lights, mic, cameras, and maintaining checklists before shoots.
Capture raw footage during salon consultations, treatments, and transformations.
Edit videos for multiple formats:
Long-form (YouTube, testimonials, podcasts)
Short-form (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, Ads)
Add subtitles, transitions, background music, effects, and branding elements.
Maintain an organized database of footage with proper labeling and backups.
Support the team in creative brainstorming for reels, stories, and campaigns.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut).
Understanding of social media formats (9:16, 16:9, 4:5).
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Bonus: Interest in the beauty/fashion industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
