Video Editing Intern

As a Video Editing Intern at SOR Informatics, you will have the opportunity to bring creative ideas to life on screen. Your responsibilities will include editing short-form content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, organizing raw footage, applying transitions, soundtracks, subtitles, motion graphics, and effects. You will collaborate with strategists and content writers to shape engaging video narratives, support long-form video projects such as campaigns and documentaries, maintain brand consistency across all video assets, and ensure timely deliverables without compromising on quality. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects is a plus), familiarity with tools like Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve, a strong portfolio demonstrating editing skills and storytelling abilities, attention to detail, understanding of rhythm, pacing, and visual storytelling, and awareness of current social media trends and formats.
