Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Video Editing Intern at Blue Bites Media. As a Video Editing Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and editing of videos for various social marketing campaigns and social media content pieces.

Your day-to-day tasks may include reviewing and selecting footage, editing video content, adding text animations and necessary graphics, and ensuring that the final product aligns with the client&aposs vision. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in video editing and learn from experienced professionals in the industry.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve (preferred) or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Personal experience in video editing techniques, including but not limited to: cutting, trimming, adding transitions, and color grading, element research, music research.
• A creative mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of video editing.
• Basic knowledge of copyright laws and music licensing is a plus.

• Completely remote job.
• Internship duration 4 months.

Interview process

• Screening call for 5 mins after applicant portfolio and resumes are reviewed.
• Next round: Skills evaluation (1 hour, live video editing to gage your skills regards to the software)
• After completion of 2 rounds, an offer will be made.
