Role & responsibilities

Present real estate projects confidently on camera for promotional videos and reels
Create engaging walkthrough videos of residential and commercial properties
Explain project features, amenities, location benefits, and pricing clearly and attractively
Act as the on-camera face of the brand for social media, websites, and digital ads
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan video concepts and scripts
Maintain a professional, camera-friendly appearance and positive on-screen presence

Preferred candidate profile

Confident and comfortable appearing on camera
Strong communication skills with clear and engaging speaking style
Camera-friendly personality with a professional and presentable appearance
Ability to explain real estate project details in an interesting and simple manner
Comfortable creating short-form and long-form video content
Willing to visit project sites and participate in video shoots
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
