About the Role:

Were looking for a dynamic and creative Video content Strategist who can craft compelling content strategies tailored for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. If you live and breathe reels, thumbnails, and viral trendsand have the follower count to prove it—we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
• Modify and optimize existing content to suit different social media formats and audience preferences
• Collaborate with design and video teams to ensure content is visually engaging and brand-aligned
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, content trends, and audience behaviour
• Actively publish content through personal or brand-affiliated social media handle

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content creation and strategy
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices (YouTube SEO, Instagram Reels, Facebook engagement tactics)
• Demonstrated social media presence with a solid follower base across key platforms
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable content plans
• Familiarity with content tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar
