Video Content Creator & Editor

You have a great opportunity to join our team as a Video Content Creator and Social Media Manager. As part of your role, you will be responsible for creating and editing video content, as well as managing our social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as Reels, YouTube, etc. - Utilize your strong visual storytelling ability to produce high-quality videos. - Manage social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook by staying up-to-date with current content trends. - Optimize content for SEO by using appropriate captions, hashtags, video titles, and descriptions. - Collaborate with the team to plan and execute content creation strategies. - Independently plan, shoot, and edit videos while also being open to collaborative projects. - Adapt to our brand voice and creative direction to maintain brand consistency. - Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in video content creation, editing, and social media management. - Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in short-form and long-form content creation. - Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, Design, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). - Familiarity with SEO principles, especially in video and social media content. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should be comfortable working on-site as this position requires in-house availability. You should also possess strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc., as well as graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and motion graphics tools. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is preferred for this role.
