General Manager – Operations- Victory Seals (Rubber & Plastic Components Manufacturer – IATF 16949 Certified) Experience Required: 12–18 years (minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in manufacturing) Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Operations to lead our end-to-end plant and business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rubber and plastic part manufacturing, excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with IATF 16949 systems. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across production, quality, planning, maintenance, stores, and dispatch. Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization across all departments. Ensure strict adherence to IATF 16949 , customer-specific requirements, and internal quality systems. Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Lean, TPM, etc.). Monitor and improve OEE, defect rates, OTIF, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the sales and business development team to align operations with market demand. Support NPD (New Product Development) and tool development projects. Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) norms. Build and mentor a cross-functional team, and create a performance-driven culture.
