As a VICIDial System Administrator/Developer at SAI SHRADHA IT CONSULTING, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the contact center platform to ensure optimal performance and integration with other business systems. Your expertise in Linux system administration, Asterisk, database management, and web development, particularly with VICIDial, will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the contact center. Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining the VICIDial system components, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, developing Asterisk dialplans, managing the MySQL/MariaDB database, and customizing the VICIDial web interface using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additionally, you will integrate VICIDial with other business systems, implement security best practices, maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with IT staff and stakeholders, and provide on-call support for critical issues. The qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in Linux system administration, Asterisk, database management, and web development, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in VICIDial administration and development. Technical skills required include proficiency in Linux command-line administration, Asterisk configuration, MySQL/MariaDB administration, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web servers, and knowledge of VoIP protocols and VICIDial API. Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with other contact center technologies, certification in Linux, Asterisk, or database administration, and familiarity with virtualization technologies.
