Job Description: You will be joining a dynamic and inclusive educational institution committed to academic excellence, character development, and student success. As the Vice Principal, your role will be to support the Principal in managing daily school operations and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for all students and staff. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Principal in overseeing daily school operations - Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Implement and monitor school policies and procedures - Support student discipline and behavior management - Coordinate school events and activities - Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff - Handle administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field - Proven experience in an educational leadership role - Strong organizational and communication skills - Knowledge of academic standards and curriculum development - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Additional Details: Food will be provided as a benefit for this full-time position.
