As a leader within the Scrum team, you will ensure that all agile practices are followed and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. This role supports BNY's strategic pillars by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile transformation, aligning with the organization's principles of teamwork and client focus. ..PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:.. - Champion agile methodologies within the Scrum team by demonstrating expertise in agile practices and facilitating team adherence to agile principles. - Provide guidance and support to the team and product owner by leveraging your experience to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality outcomes. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders by actively promoting transparency and open dialogue. - Address all facets of the agile development process by serving the business, product owner, team, and individuals, ensuring alignment and effective execution of project goals. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness. - Support agile transformation initiatives within BNY by aligning team efforts with the organization's strategic pillars and principles. ..EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:.. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. - Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) is preferred. ..EXPERIENCE:..
