Vice President - SCF

Job Description: You will be responsible for overseeing the company's credit policies, procedures, and processes related to SCF and HVC business. This includes ensuring that all risks are appropriately addressed through evaluation and developing the required risk frameworks. Additionally, you will be directly responsible for the credit quality and risk performance of the company and the SCF and HVC businesses. Your role will involve developing and reviewing Early Warning System (EWS) reports, periodic review of the portfolio in accordance with the current industry scenario and recent RBI Circular, and making amendments to policies accordingly. You will need to keep a tab on the external economic environment, regulatory policies, and competition to ensure strong business growth. Moreover, you will be responsible for ensuring system automation to improve team efficiency and productivity. Data analytics will also be a key aspect of your role to develop insights into credit risk trends, identify emerging risks, and optimize credit risk management strategies. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly driven and motivated individual with the ability to be hands-on where required. You should possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage and influence all levels of the organization, including executives and C-levels. Motivating and developing a strong team, problem-solving skills, and a strong business acumen are essential qualities for this position.
