Role Overview: You will be a leader within the Private Equity team, overseeing all aspects of investment projects, from sourcing to exit. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities. - Oversee all aspects of due diligence, including financial, legal, and operational reviews. - Develop and implement investment strategies. - Manage portfolio companies and provide guidance to management teams. - Lead the preparation of investment memos and presentations. - Negotiate transaction terms and conditions. Qualification Required: - MBA or equivalent. - 8 years of experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking. - Proven track record of successful investment execution. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Extensive knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
