Vice President Cybersecurity

Role Overview: As the Vice President Cybersecurity at Fluidech IT Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, innovation, and execution of Fluidech's cybersecurity services portfolio. Your role will involve defining and driving Fluidech's cybersecurity vision, overseeing the delivery of advanced cybersecurity solutions, ensuring compliance with global standards, and driving business growth through solution leadership and innovation. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team of cybersecurity professionals, engage with clients at the C-level, and drive business growth through client engagement and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive Fluidech's cybersecurity vision, services roadmap, and growth strategy. - Establish cybersecurity governance models, risk frameworks, and enterprise-wide policies. - Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of advanced cybersecurity solutions across various environments. - Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry frameworks including ISO 27001, NCIIPC CAF, RBI, SEBI, GDPR, and global data privacy laws. - Lead incident response, breach management, and cyber crisis operations. - Lead and mentor high-performing cybersecurity architects, consultants, SOC analysts, and GRC professionals. - Own P&L responsibility for the cybersecurity business unit. - Drive presales, solution consulting, proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors or Masters in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline. - Experience: 15+ years in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role driving cybersecurity strategy, operations, or consulting. - Technical & Strategic Expertise In: Security Architecture & Zero Trust Implementation, SOC, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security across AWS, Azure, GCP, GRC frameworks, data protection laws, compliance programs, Advanced network and endpoint security technologies, Cyber transformation and consulting engagements. - Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/ Auditor, CCSP, OSCP, CEH, SABSA, or equivalent, Cloud certifications such as AZ-500, AWS Security Specialty.
