The Legal Analytics lead (Vice President) will be a part of AIM, based out of Gurugram and reporting into the Legal Analytics head (Senior Vice President) leading the team. You will lead a team of business analysts, visualization and reporting experts responsible for Business Analytics, Insight Generation, Visualization/Dashboards, Automation, and Reporting. Your role involves driving quality, reliability, and usability of all work products. You will evaluate and refine methods and procedures used to obtain data to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy. Ensuring proper documentation and traceability of all project work and responding timely to internal and external reviews is also a key responsibility. As the Business Analytics Sr. Manager, you will accomplish results through the management of professional teams and departments. You will integrate subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area and contribute to standards around which others will operate. This role requires an in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function and how to coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. A basic commercial awareness is necessary, as well as developed communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others. Responsibilities include full management responsibility of a team, which may involve managing people, budget, planning, performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, and disciplinary actions. Your responsibilities will primarily involve supporting Business Execution activities in the Chief Operating Office, implementing analytical solutions to manage banking operations such as spend and utilization insights with contextualized metrics. You will oversee Data Analytics, Insight Generation, and Reporting activities using proven analytical techniques. This includes documenting data requirements, data collection/processing/cleaning, exploratory data analysis, process automation/optimization, and data visualization techniques. In this role, you will work with large and complex data sets to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies. You will identify and compile data sets using various tools to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing the analytics strategy, including data ingestion, reporting/insights centralization, expanding analytic coverage, and converting manual reports into dashboards with actionable insights. To qualify for this position, you should have 10-15 years of experience in Business Analytics & Transformation roles with proficiency in data analytics tools/technologies such as SQL, SAS, Python, PySpark, and Tableau. Strong understanding of the data & analytics ecosystem, the ability to establish a scalable analytics framework, and proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights are essential. People management experience, analytics thought leadership skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required. You must have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in STEM (preferably Master's degree) and demonstrate in-depth understanding of financial service business models, advanced statistical techniques, and creative problem-solving skills. Your role involves influencing business outcomes, managing project planning effectively, and demonstrating thought leadership in partner meetings to drive innovative solutions with excellent stakeholder management.,
