Liaison & Documentation Executive ( Real Estate sector) chennai 2 - 5 years INR 3.0 - 8.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Location: Chennai, Kodambakkam Type: Full-Time | Field + Office Work Joining: Immediate / Within 15 Days Role & responsibilities : 1. Property Documentation & Registration Prepare and process Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Lease Agreements, POAs Handle end-to-end document registration at the Sub-Registrar Office Apply and follow up for Certified Copies of registered documents Draft affidavits, indemnity bonds, declarations as needed 2. Patta, Chitta & Land Records Apply for New Patta, Patta Transfer, Chitta Extract, A-Register Copies Collect and manage FMB Sketches and Survey-related documents Coordinate with VAO, Taluk Office, and Survey Department Use Tamil Nilam portal for online land documentation 3. Encumbrance Certificate (EC) Apply and retrieve ECs (online/offline) from Sub-Registrar Office Verify property encumbrances and maintain accurate EC records 4. Government Tender Documentation Prepare Tender documents, both technical and commercial Upload files to e-Tender portals, GeM, or TNTenders Ensure timely notarization, declarations, and hardcopy submissions 5. Document Control & Support Maintain digital and physical records for legal & property documents Assist legal team in preparing files for audits, banks, and litigation Handle loan documentation, valuation certificates, NOCs, etc. 6. Liaison Activities Visit and coordinate withSub-Registrar Offices and Taluk Offices & Municipal Corporations , Revenue Department, CMDA and DTCP Follow up on building approvals, revalidation, EB connections, etc. Skills Required : Government liaison MS Office (Word, Excel), PDF, scanning Field visits, document filing, time management Education : Any Graduate (Commerce or Law preferred) Experience : 2-5 Years in property/legal/government documentation Languages : Tamil (Fluent), English (Basic/Working knowledge)
