Key Responsibilities: Instruction and Coaching: Teaching fundamental and advanced skating skills, developing individualized coaching plans, and conducting regular practice sessions. Training Program Development: Creating and implementing training programs tailored to individual and group needs. Performance Evaluation: Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback, and helping skaters improve. Safety and Well-being: Ensuring safety on and off the rink, promoting a positive and encouraging training atmosphere. Competition Preparation: Preparing skaters for competitions, including developing strategies and game plans. Collaboration: Working with other coaches and school management to integrate skating with other sports activities. Specific Duties: Conducting regular skating classes : as per the school's sports curriculum or for a specific organization. Organizing demonstration sessions, sports days, and skating events . Maintaining attendance records and student progress reports . Ensuring the maintenance and safety of skating equipment . Educating students on physical fitness, discipline, and teamwork . Assisting in designing and executing training sessions . Providing guidance and feedback to skaters . Contributing to the development of skater performance goals . Fostering communication and support with skaters and their families .
