As a resource planner, your primary responsibility will involve material planning, manpower planning, project monitoring, and progress updating. You will be in charge of planning, monitoring, and preparing work schedules according to contract requirements. Your role will also include preparing detailed work plans based on project objectives and contractual specifications, utilizing tools like MS-Project & Primavera for scheduling. One of your key tasks will be to assess the viability of alternative design and construction techniques/methods. You will need to produce estimates, cost plans, and budgets for viability assessment by the concerned authorities. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing work packages, documentation, and quality requirements for tender processes with potential subcontractors. Evaluating subcontractors to ensure their capacity and capability to carry out the work will also be part of your duties. You will be expected to monitor design and estimated costs in comparison to the project estimate/price on an ongoing basis. Handling day-to-day issues related to progress at the site will also fall under your purview. Your ultimate goal will be to complete planning and ensure the execution of projects within the scheduled timeframe. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance. The preferred education qualification is a Secondary (10th Pass), and a minimum of 5 years of experience in planning is required for this role. The work location is in person.
