We are looking for dynamic Marketing Executives/Managers who can drive solar project sales, build strong customer relations, and contribute to our company’s growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote solar products and services. Generate leads through B2B, B2C, digital campaigns, and field visits. Meet corporate, residential, and government clients to present solar solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales and technical team to achieve targets. Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business. Market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends. Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and renewable energy events. Qualifications & Skills RequiredGraduate / MBA in Marketing or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (Solar, Energy, or Construction preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently. Proficiency in MS Office & digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
