Vidal Health operates through four key business verticals: Commercial, Government, International, and Self-Fund, with a presence both across India and internationally. Key Objectives/Responsibilities of this Role: * Key Stakeholder Management: Actively interact with key stakeholders of the hospital like Insurance, Billing, Counseling, Admission etc. to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build strong relationships that can convert to business. * Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the market, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication with customers. * Collaboration: Work closely with the Healthcare service providers and product development teams to understand and align strategies. * Sales Orientation: Develop and implement practices towards effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals. * Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance metrics for the team; identify opportunities for growth and monitor performance. Preferred Skills/Tools: * Relationship management& Negotiation Skills * Business Planning and Tracking * Recruitment, Hiring and developing Team members * Business Development * Ability to work with large team and manage expectations * Understanding of business metrics and ability to achieve * Prior & relevant experience in the Health Tech/ Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. * Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. * Should have excellent communication skills along with presentation and data analytic skills.
