Key Roles -

• 
  Manage floor status on a daily basis.
• Organize dailies, rounds and meetings, taking notes and following up on information as necessary.
• Maintain an accurate summary of progress of work by artists.
• Ensure production database is kept updated daily with notes and critical information before departing for the day.
• Record all shot notes on floor reviews and documents them.
• Ensure teams are clear on daily delivery objectives and follow up on the floor on delays.
• In charge for department calendar for scheduling meetings, booking the same.
• Ensure timecards are approved daily.
