You will be responsible for creating motion graphics, visual effects, and animations using After Effects. Your role will involve editing and sequencing video footage, integrating motion graphics, and applying effects. It is essential to have experience working on conceptual videos and possess knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation for creating dynamic visual elements. Additionally, you should be able to manipulate images and optimize graphics for animation. Furthermore, familiarity with non-linear video editing software, understanding of video codes and export settings, and experience in animating characters and rigging are required for this position. You should also be skilled in animating text to synchronize with voice-overs or music, enhancing storytelling. Knowledge of techniques for integrating live-action footage with digital elements, VFX principles such as particle systems and motion tracking, and audio synchronizing skills are crucial. To excel in this role, you must stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics design through self-learning, online tutorials, workshops, and industry events. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, 3D Max with V-Ray, and Adobe Audition is essential. Knowledge of After Effects plugins like Red Giant and Trap-code will be beneficial. Apart from technical skills, you should have strong English communication skills to interact with worldwide clients via email and web meetings. Collaborating with clients and team members to understand requirements and provide progress updates is an integral part of the job. Being adaptable, open to change, and adept at addressing technical challenges creatively will help you achieve desired visual outcomes. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a graduate degree and a Bachelor's or Diploma in Animation and VFX. This is a full-time on-site position located in Durgapur, Kolkata, or Madurai, with a salary commensurate with experience and skills.
