You will work closely with our content and design teams to bring concepts to life through immersive and realistic 3D visuals. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D assets including models, environments, and animations using Blender . Develop textures, materials, lighting, and shaders for a polished final output. Translate 2D concepts and sketches into fully realized 3D models. Collaborate with the creative and development teams to ensure visuals meet design and functionality goals. Optimize 3D models for real-time applications or render-intensive projects. Maintain project timelines and deliver assets as per deadlines. Stay updated with current industry trends and techniques in 3D design and animation. Requirements: Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling using Blender . Strong knowledge of texturing, UV mapping, shading, lighting, and rendering . Proficiency in rigging and basic animation is a plus. Strong understanding of design, proportion, and detail. Ability to take creative direction and work independently or collaboratively. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in game assets, architectural visualization, or product modeling . Familiarity with tools like Substance Painter, Photoshop, or other 3D/2D design software. Knowledge of real-time engines like Unity or Unreal Engine is a bonus.
