This is a full-time on-site role for a UIUX Designer located in Chennai. You will be responsible for design thinking, user research, visual design, user experience (UX), and prototyping. Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating user-friendly interfaces and experiences to enhance digital products and services. Your responsibilities will include creating, managing, and optimizing VFX assets, collaborating with artists, programmers, and animators to iterate, polish, and deliver projects, optimizing VFX effects to fit design and technical constraints, maintaining a consistent art style, providing creative and technical assistance, developing and presenting documentation, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, hands-on designing and creative skills, demonstrating willingness to learn and grow, understanding team briefs and contributing out-of-the-box ideas, planning and illustrating concepts through rough layouts of art and copy. To be successful in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field of study, at least 1 year of design experience, proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools like Figma, proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, technical knowledge in creating visual effects and rendering pipelines, comfort with scripting tools, experience in producing creative briefs and storyboards, ability to interpret abstract ideas into compelling effects, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and ability to accept feedback and implement suggestions.
