VFX Animator

As an Animator at FutureWorks, you will be responsible for producing the motion and performance of three-dimensional computer graphic characters, creatures, objects, and crowds for high-end VFX films. You will collaborate with CG artists, supervisors, and producers to deliver high-quality visual effects aligning with project requirements. **Responsibilities:** - Create high-quality animation for feature films, meeting directors" vision and project requirements. - Collaborate with the team and other departments for consistent character performances. - Implement feedback to enhance animation quality. - Utilize animation tools and software for dynamic character movements. - Stay updated on animation techniques and industry trends. - Meet project deadlines and deliver animations of the highest quality. - Contribute to creative discussions and team meetings. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum 5 years of experience in feature film animation or related fields. - Strong grasp of animation principles, character acting, and storytelling. - Proficiency in animation software like Maya, Blender, or equivalent. - Experience with motion capture and animation integration is advantageous. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong portfolio demonstrating animation work. **Desirable Skills:** - Mumbai-based. - Immediate availability. - Knowledge of rigging and character/prop setup. - Familiarity with VFX pipelines and workflows. - Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
