To Ensure Spares Availability and Inventory management ensuring the minimum & maximum levels of critical spares. 3. Knowledge in Maintenance &; Trouble shooting of DCS & PLC System 4. Hands on knowledge of instruments like Moisture Analysers, Gas Analysers, CV Analysers, Emission monitoring Analysers PT, FT, LT, Actuators. 12. Carrying out maintenance as per SAP PM schedule and its compliance. 13. Implementing measures to make the operation process easy, effective and user friendly. 14. RCA & its corrective actions to ensure elimination of repetitive failure. 15. Exposure to implementation of TQM, keen understanding of ISO, OHSAS, 6 Sigma and lean management systems. 16. To ensure 100% Safe Work Practices, Implementation of Safety Standards, HIRA and Revision of SOPs/SMPs. 17.
