Strong accounting knowledge - provide full spectrum of accounting support including handling of full set of accounts, monthly closing of books and accounts reconciliations. Coordinate day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliation. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books and preparation of financial reports. Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure timely audits. Handle amendments, discrepancy resolutions and settlement of payments. Prepare cost sheets, profitability analysis, and suggest cost optimization strategies. Must have knowledge in TDS, GST & ITR filing. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in ERP/accounting software. Advanced Excel. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities. Strong verbal and written communication for inter-departmental and banking coordination. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (mandatory). Minimum 7–10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
