Configure nginx servers and work within Linux environments. Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. Design and integrate Generative AI-powered features using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude) for intelligent assistance, content generation, or workflow automation. Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub CoPilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to improve development efficiency and code quality. Participate in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and integrating APIs like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Hugging Face models into web products. Collaborate with internal team members to deliver well-tested, high-quality software solutions. Debug and troubleshoot issues across the front-end and back-end stack. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Qualifications Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework. Full stack is a must Experience with Vue.js for front-end development. Familiarity with nginx configuration and working in Linux environments. Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases. Knowledge of RESTful API integration. Competency using Docker for containerized development. Hands-on experience integrating or working with Gen AI APIs or frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG pipelines, etc.). Experience with LLMOps practices, API integration, or AI-assisted user workflows is a strong plus. Working knowledge of AI-related architecture, including embeddings, vector DBs, and contextual assistants, is a bonus. Competencies / Personality Traits Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Effective communicator, especially in remote/distributed teams. Self-directed and efficient in delivering contract-based work. Willingness to adopt new technologies as needed. Adaptable to fast-paced project timelines and changing priorities. Curious about AI and eager to explore how Gen AI can improve user experience and backend productivity. Prior Experience 5+ years of full-stack web development experience. Practical experience using Laravel, Vue.js, and Docker in production. Familiarity with Linux-based development environments. Experience building or integrating Gen AI capabilities in web applications preferred. Experience working as a contractor or freelance developer is a plus. Experience in Agile or sprint-based environments is helpful. Performance Measurement (KPIs/Metrics) Timely and high-quality completion of assigned development tasks. Code that meets quality, security, and performance standards. Effective use of Generative AI tools to accelerate development timelines and improve feature richness. Responsiveness and communication during the contract period. Minimal bugs or rework required after initial delivery.
