You are currently seeking a motivated Executive (FDM Executive) with at least 2+ years of experience who will work under the direct leadership of Regional Field Service Managers as a part of the 24x5 Back-office operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for Data management related to Global Field. Your responsibilities include developing Technicians, promoting teamwork, and fostering an open and effective communication environment aimed at delivering a Quality Experience. You will establish a strong connection and manage the resources in the assigned region by fostering an environment of effective communication. Additionally, you will work closely with the GSC team (Service Desk) to ensure that all dispatch tickets falling under your region are covered by suitable engineers. As an Executive (FDM Executive), you will be responsible for working with the Talent Acquisition team on New Requirements. You will also lead different rounds of Vetting/Screening and ensure that the results are captured to facilitate a quick turnaround to Talent Acquisition as well as the Field Engineer. Managing post-onboarding formalities with engineers, touching base on critical project requirements, managing and uplifting the current skill level with the existing engineer pool will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will manage and deliver any project-specific training to the pool of engineers shortlisted from your region to be part of the project. You will also ensure Service Now data management, Background Check lifecycle management, and administrative tasks defined by the Field Service Manager post onboarding by Talent Acquisition/HR. You must have a basic understanding of EUC, Networking, Server, Storage, etc. Essential qualities and skills required for this role include the ability to undertake the above responsibilities, excellent interpersonal skills, good problem-solving and analytical skills, effective written communication skills, a passion for Structure Improvement, and experienced professionalism. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, willingness to support and mentor junior staff, excellent customer-facing/customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information, self-motivation, ability to take responsibility, demonstrate initiative, and a proactive approach to daily tasks. Overall, you will ensure an environment that promotes effective communication, positive employee relations, and teamwork. Your role will involve motivating, empowering, developing, and recognizing individual and team achievements.,
