Job Summary

We are seeking a fresh, ambitious Veterinary Doctor specializing in poultry health to join Bioclix Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals. The role involves leveraging veterinary expertise to promote our poultry medicines, build professional relationships with veterinarians, and drive sales growth. The incumbent will work at the Noida sales office and travel to visit doctors and clients, train Staff & will participate in new product development.

Qualifications

1. Educational Requirements:

o Mandatory: Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or Master of Veterinary Science (MVSc) with specialization in Poultry Science, Avian Medicine, or Veterinary Pharmacology.

o Strong understanding of poultry-specific medications for chicks, broilers, roosters, and ducklings.

2. Experience:

o Fresh Graduates Preferred: Internship or academic exposure to poultry health and disease management is desirable.

3. Skills:

o Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

o Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).

o Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Technical Expertise & Product Promotion:

o Educate veterinary professionals about Bioclix's poultry medicines, emphasizing efficacy and application.

o Provide technical insights and solutions to veterinarians and farmers regarding poultry health issues.

2. Sales Enablement:

o Act as a technical advisor for the sales team, ensuring alignment between product knowledge and client needs.

o Support sales by converting veterinary recommendations into product prescriptions.

3. Doctor Engagement & Networking:

o Build and maintain professional relationships with veterinarians and poultry farm owners.

o Conduct regular visits to veterinary clinics and hospitals, promoting Bioclix products.

4. Training & Development:

o Train sales representatives and other team members on poultry medicine and health trends.

o Conduct awareness workshops for veterinarians and poultry farmers.

5. Market Analysis:

o Gather and report feedback on competitor products, market trends, and customer needs.

o Identify new opportunities for product development and market expansion.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

1. Increase in prescription-based sales of poultry medicines.

2. Growth in the network of veterinarians prescribing Bioclix products.

3. Successful organization of training sessions and awareness programs.

4. Timely submission of market feedback and sales reports.

5. Customer satisfaction and trust in Bioclix’s brand and products.
