The Animal Hospital Administration Head is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, administration, and financial management of the hospital. You will ensure the smooth functioning of hospital services, compliance with veterinary regulations, and the efficient coordination of staff, facilities, and resources in achieving the mission of providing outstanding veterinary care. You will be leading the administration of Shrimad Rajchandra Animal Hospital (SRAH), located in Baroliya, Dharampur, Valsad District, Gujarat. This hospital is a part of the charitable initiative Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care (SRLC), under Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur (SRMD). The hospital is a part of the JivMaitriDham complex spread over 40 acres in a rural area of south Gujarat and is equipped with state-of-the-art medical facilities. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing the facility maintenance, IT operations, and compliance with safety and health regulations. You will also be responsible for preparing and managing the hospital's budget, overseeing billing and financial transactions, and monitoring financial performance. In terms of human resources, you will recruit, train, and manage hospital staff, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure adequate staffing coverage. You will also oversee client service operations, address client concerns and complaints, and promote hospital services and community outreach programs. Ensuring compliance with veterinary laws, licensing requirements, and industry regulations will be a crucial aspect of your role, along with maintaining accurate medical records and implementing quality control measures. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, Veterinary Sciences, or a related field. You should have at least 10 years of experience in hospital administration in a veterinary or healthcare setting, strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent financial management capabilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of veterinary regulations and hospital operations.
