Role & responsibilities Manage a team of legal professionals including lawyers, paralegals, and legal researchers. Set performance goals and objectives for team members and drive feedback and performance evaluations. Conduct training and professional development activities to enhance the team's skills. Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining client relationships, and understanding their legal outsourcing needs. Ensure client satisfaction with high-quality delivery, meeting deadlines, and addressing client concerns. Oversee legal research, drafting, and documentation processes as per client directives. Manage legal projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Monitor compliance with legal and ethical standards in all work. Act as a knowledge base with existing clients and handle transitions with new prospects. Participate in new prospect calls to showcase process capabilities and delivery model. Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management. Implement quality control procedures and best practices to maintain high standards of work. Manage resource allocation and cost control.
