You will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to end-users within the company. This includes delivering IT support for users of IT infrastructure and communications on the vessels through remote tools or vessel visits, if necessary. You will be the first point of contact for all software and hardware installations on the vessels to ensure smooth communication and operations. Additionally, you will participate in the installation and upgrade of hardware on-board and audit marine system performance to ensure systems remain healthy and operational. This is a permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work shift is during the day, and the required education is a Bachelor's degree (Preferred). The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in IT support, vessel operations, remote tools, vessel visits, and IT coordination. The work location is in person.,
