Role & responsibilities Preparation of basic engineering P&ID and P&ID from licensor PDP, P&ID, cause & effect diagram, control narrative, sparing philosophy, Isolation Philosophy, Emergency shutdown Philosophy, Interlock development. Conversant with flare headers design and sizing, relief load summary (including relief valve calculations). Sizing and process datasheet preparation of heat exchangers, column, vessel, pump, package, filter, special items, agitator. Experience of simulation software PRO II, Thermal sizing with HTRI, FLARESIM/FLARENET. Participation in HAZOP, HAZID and SIL studies 3D model if required. Conversant with Pump line hydraulic check, Line sizing -single/two phase, PSV/Control valve calculation, Drum Sizing, Utility network design and sizing. Involved in preparation of Equipment process datasheet, process datasheet of Instruments (CV's, PSV's, on off valves, Breath valves, Emergency valves and analyzers). Preparation of Line list, special item list, Utility summary, Equipment list/Motor list, Alarms, Trips and set points list, Effluent, Emissions and draining summary. Preparation of Process requisition/Technical bid revies of Vendor Document site deputation for pre-commissioning and commissioning support. preparation of Operating Manual, Material selection report. Preferred candidate profile Experience -6~12 Years Qualification : B.Tech /M.Tech (Chemical) Software Knowledge: ASPEN, PRO II, HTRI, AutoCAD
