Role Overview: You will act as a focal point between the execution team and planning team, preparing Crane Work Plans for vessels calling at the terminal. Your role will involve vessel planning activities to maximize resource efficiency, achieve maximum productivity, monitor execution, and ensure accurate and timely load and discharge operations. You will also be responsible for modifying plans as needed, certifying load plans daily, preparing reports, and ensuring vessels sail promptly. Coordinate closely with shipping lines, vessel officers, terminal operations, and yard planning teams. Create and review pre-stow and final stow plans to maximize productivity and minimize re-handling. Monitor real-time vessel operations and adjust plans as needed to address delays or changes. Verify and ensure accuracy of BAPLIE (Bayplan) and MOVINS data received from shipping lines. Participate in pre-arrival planning meetings and post-operation debriefs.
