Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, maintaining customer records, and offering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include pitching products, answering customer inquiries, and closing sales. Additionally, the specialist will provide customer support and contribute to training new team members as needed. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Sales skills Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities Experience in providing Training to team members Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a telesales or customer service role is preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
