As a member of the Service Delivery team within the CMT vertical at Cognizant, you will collaborate closely with a major cloud service provider to support their sales enablement efforts. Your primary focus will involve crafting compelling pitches and formulating responses to proposals tailored for their end customers. Working under the guidance of your Pod lead, subject matter experts, and client sales teams, you will be instrumental in developing impactful pitches and proposal responses that cater to the unique needs of each client. Your dedication and enthusiasm will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of services aligns with the agreed-upon quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include partnering with sales to pinpoint solution areas and generate sales enablement materials such as pitches and information security questionnaires. By delving into the client brief, you will deliver informative sales presentations by leveraging industry research and analysis. It will be essential for you to engage in solutioning, identifying win themes, and formulating value propositions to create compelling sales presentations. Crafting pitch decks with robust sales narratives for cloud services across various industry verticals will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Moreover, you will be responsible for overseeing bid response creation to bolster sales efforts. Running sales kick-off calls with the Sales organization and stakeholders to establish bid traceability matrix, as well as collaborating with the identified bid team for timely response delivery will be part of your duties. Developing a profound understanding and expertise in the vertical and cloud solutions, along with conducting industry research across sectors like BFS, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology, will be essential for your success. Furthermore, ensuring the punctual delivery of high-quality content, including pitch books, proposals, and commercials in adherence to the client-approved brand, design, and language guidelines, will be a critical aspect of your role. Additionally, engaging in peer-to-peer mentoring and fostering a culture of cross-learning will contribute to your professional growth and development within the organization.,
