Key Responsibilities Contract Management & Administration Draft, review, and finalize contracts, subcontracts, work orders, and agreements with contractors, vendors, and consultants. Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. Monitor adherence to contract terms, conditions, and timelines across multiple high-rise projects. Tendering & Procurement Support Prepare tender documents, floating of RFPs, and coordinate pre-bid meetings. Evaluate bids and proposals from contractors and vendors, highlighting risks and deviations. Support procurement and project teams in awarding packages with favorable terms. Commercial & Cost Management Analyze BOQs, rate analysis, and cost implications for high-rise construction packages. Review variation claims, escalation clauses, and cost adjustments. Ensure effective cost control and budget compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Risk & Claims Management Identify potential contractual risks in high-rise building projects and develop mitigation strategies.
